توفّر فوكسيرا للشركات المشتركة أدوات لإدارة المكالمات والمحادثات مع عملائها. الشركة المشتركة مسؤولة عن الحصول على موافقات عملائها وعن التزامها بسياسات Meta ومزوّدي الاتصالات والأنظمة المحلية.
يُنشئ مدير الشركة حسابات موظفيه ويحدّد صلاحياتهم، وكل مستخدم مسؤول عن سرّية بيانات دخوله.
يُحظر استخدام المنصة لإرسال رسائل غير مرغوبة أو مخالفة للقانون أو لسياسات واتساب وماسنجر وإنستغرام. يحق لنا تعليق الحسابات المخالفة.
تبقى بيانات الشركة وعملائها ملكاً لها، وتُعالج وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي؛ لا نضمن استمرارية خدمات الأطراف الأخرى (Meta، مزوّد السنترال) ولا نتحمّل أضراراً غير مباشرة.

Voxera provides subscribing businesses with tools to manage calls and conversations with their customers. The business is responsible for obtaining customer consent and for complying with Meta's policies, telecom providers and local law.
The business admin creates staff accounts and assigns permissions; each user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential.
Unsolicited, unlawful or policy-violating messaging over WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram is prohibited; violating accounts may be suspended.
Business and customer data remain the business's property and are processed under the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided as is; we do not guarantee third-party availability (Meta, PBX provider) and are not liable for indirect damages.
