Data Deletion Instructions — Voxera

If you contacted a business that uses Voxera over WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram and want your data deleted (messages, phone number, notes):

1. Email info@mosandah.com.sa with the subject "Data deletion request", stating the phone number or Messenger/Instagram account you used and the business name.
2. We verify your identity through the same channel.
3. We delete your conversations and linked contact data from the platform within 30 days and confirm in writing.

Note: the subscribing business may keep records required by law (e.g. invoices) outside the platform.
